The origin of 7 Eagle Group lies in a deeply personal story of admiration, respect, and a sense of responsibility. My father, Joel Kern, a World War II U.S. Army Veteran who bravely fought in the Philippines, instilled in me a profound appreciation for the sacrifices made by our military heroes. Though he never pressured me to follow in his footsteps, I realized I had missed out on an extraordinary experience. As I grew older, I felt a deep longing to serve my country, a sense of duty that only intensified with time.
Our mission statement is inspired by principles which emphasize purpose, long-term thinking, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
